2006 Harvest Analysis
The weather in 2006 started out cool and wet, but the summer was outstanding with hot & dry weather throughout August and the beginning of September. A damp September and October reduced our maximum sugar levels, but we still achieved good ripeness numbers and flavors. There was very little winter kill, and no late frost damage. Our harvest numbers are shown below.
