2007 Harvest Analysis

The weather in 2007 started out cool and wet, but the summer was outstanding with hot & dry weather throughout August and the beginning of September.  The vines in this producing vineyard are still rather young at 3, 4 and 5 years, but they are developing well, and producing decent ripeness numbers and flavors.  There was very little winter kill, and no late frost damage.  Our harvest numbers are shown below.
