Wine grapes provide good economic crop value with outstanding aesthetic value as a landscape feature. Our goal is to grow world-class wine grapes and to create attractive pastoral environments while maintaining the economic benefits of agricultural use of our properties. We employ low impact farming methods in order to achieve sustainable agriculture.
Our owners, Pete Engle and Amy Kresloff have been growing grapes since their first vineyard in California in 1986. They have studied modern grape growing techniques at award-winning vineyards and through University level agricultural courses and symposia. Together, they recognized that the combination of the unique maritime climate and the topography of the Two River area provides the potential to produce some of the best wine grapes anywhere. They created TRW to provide the services necessary to encourage property owners to install and maintain vineyards that can meet the area's potential. We invite you to join us on the wonderful journey from vines to wines, and allow us to help make it an enjoyable one.
